Do you wear alot of different ‘hats’ in your life?

I sure do. Lawyer, mediator, negotiator, mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, cook, cleaner, nurse, listener, learner, teacher, driver and the list goes on and on and on… Sometimes it’s all a bit much and I find myself wearing a few at once!

When it comes to conflict, there are a number of hats you can choose. Because I’ve worn the lawyer hat for so long, it’s easy for me to see how the mediation hat is a better fit. For a start, it’s WAY cheaper and much more comfortable.
