After Mediation Concludes

Hopefully you’ve reached agreement, at least in part.

We can assist the parties to prepare terms of settlement setting out what you have agreed.

This might be all that is needed to finalise the matter. However, if proceedings are on foot, you may need to file a document formalising the agreement. Your solicitor can Annex the terms or prepare a more formal version based on the agreed terms to suit the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction.

If you don’t have a solicitor and you need one to finalise the matter, we can assist you with an appropriate referral.

Remember, your mediator cannot provide you with advice or prepare and file any documents on your behalf.
