Mediation in Education

Mediation is being adopted by many educational institutions (all levels) with great results for students, educators, staff and the organisations themselves. As a biproduct, those going through the process learn about peaceful conflict resolution strategies and even children can learn these skills for their futures.

From the Australian Mediation Association’s Facebook Page: Harvard University announced that it wants to bring in a federal #mediator to smooth out negotiations with its graduate student workers union in the hopes of coming to an agreement in the next few weeks.
