This is where you are welcomed and commended for your decision.

Your mediator will ensure you are attending voluntarily and are comfortable.

Some housekeeping matters will be addressed and some reminders given, about respectful interaction, confidentiality and the role of the mediator.

Then each stage of the process will be explained before we begin, to ensure you are clear about what to expect as the mediation proceeds.
